For this project, we flew from Miami to McDonough in Georgia to create real estate media for 100 South luxury apartments. Having only 4 hours to shoot around the complex, we had all hands on deck to come up with a practical schedule that would cover all bases of our real estate marketing plan.
We started by shooting aerial drone photos and videos of the property. Location is a major factor when purchasing a home so aerial footage can boost your listing by keeping people engaged. One of the great things about using drone technology is that you can build a more informative listing, so instead of describing the surrounding neighborhood and places of interest, buyers can actually see them!
